Thank you for participating in our research study. We have included a copy of the Study Letter below which consists of the details for the study.
Summary: The study consists of 4 stages

Initial study visit: After you agree to participate, you will complete a baseline survey before scheduling the initial study visit with our team to get you signed up on the app. This can be done in person or remotely.

At home application use: While using the application, you will complete short 5-minute daily surveys, review short education send to you daily, as well as, one weekly survey.

At week 4: We may invite you to participate in a short interview and ask you to complete a survey similar to the baseline survey. This will be done remotely via zoom.

At week 6: You will be sent a final survey similar to the one you will complete at week 4.
